Any order containing fondant decoration requires 1 weeks notice to be cancelled for a refund.

Custom cookies also require 7 days notice for cancellation. If either of these items are cancelled within those 7 days, no refund will be given.​

If we purchase a product for your order and you then cancel that order, no refund can be given for that item we purchased.​For any other cake orders, we must know you would like to cancel before 72 hours of the original pickup time for a refund. If you have a custom cake and cancel within that time frame there will be no refund and no store credit given. If it is a basic 6" or 8" cake cancelled within the 72 hours, we may offer a store credit.​All cupcake & pastry orders placed in advance require 48 hours notice for cancellation and to be refunded.
